English Language Groups

Learn Kiwi English in a group for two hours each week. All English levels.

The fee is $30.00 per term (8 – 10 weeks) for residents and $60.00 per term for non-residents. 
Chinese Bilingual ($50.00 per term for residents and $100.00 for non-residents). Fees are waived for refugee learners.

ESOL Home Tutoring

Free lessons in your home with a trained volunteer tutor. 1-2 hours each week. Learn English for your daily life in New Zealand. For residents.

Free classes for people with residency who have a job (full-time, part-time, casually/seasonally or self-employed). Improve your workplace English. 2-3 hours per week at a time that suits your working life. All English levels.

Work Talk is a four week course for people from language backgrounds other than English who want to learn job search and workplcae communication skills.  Two courses, 12 hours per week for 4 weeks.  $50.00 for residents and $80.00 for non residents per course.

Free classes for people who had limited education in their home country. 10 hours each week. All classes have bilingual tutors and two have childcare available. For residents with refugee background.
