3. ESOL-Literacy classes
- For learners who do not read or write well in their first language
- You must be a permanent resident of New Zealand
- 10 hours a week, 32 weeks a year
- Bilingual tutors
- Free service

4. English for Employees
- For permanent residents of New Zealand who are working
(full-time, part-time, casually/seasonally or self-employed)
- Improve your English language/literacy/numeracy
- 2-3 hours per week - flexible hours
- Trained teachers
- Free service
- Small groups or 1:1

- You must have paid the New Zealand Immigration Service a fee for English lessons
before you came to New Zealand
- One-to-one lessons in your home
- For permanent residents of New Zealand
- EFM teachers are qualified teachers
