The national association office distributes government funding to English Language Partners New Zealand's centres.

Claire leads the association's strategic development. She is responsible for securing national funding and represents the organisation at sector level; to government and with other external stakeholders. Claire convenes the Ethnic Advisory Group and supports the Board. |
Nicola leads various goals on the strategic plan. She supports centre governance and management functions and leads the quality standards programme. She also leads national office planning and assists with the functioning of the national office. |
Deidre manages the association and national office financial activity, and supports centre treasurers in their work.

Dorothy leads the ESOL Programmes team. She manages the support and development of the various ESOL programmes delivered by centres. Dorothy also manages associated research and curriculum development for the organisation.

Victoria works with the ESOL Programmes team, providing support for centres. She is involved with volunteer ESOL home tutor training, social English groups and the English for Employees programme. Victoria provides resource support and oversees the database holding information on participating volunteers and learners. |
Lai Ching is our receptionist and manages filing, mail and resource orders. She assists the ESOL Programmes team with their workload and organises training events.

Grace manages publications and profiling activities for the association. She produces the association journal, Connecting Cultures, the Annual Report and other external and internal publications. Grace also manages the website. |
Khadra works to further the involvement of English language learners and their communities in the Association's governance, management, service design and delivery. This encompasses their involvement as advocates and as supporters. |
Arunesh Singh Arunesh is responsible for office administration and daily accounting activities. She arranges the 'English for Migrants' contracts, administers our data for the TEC and manages database service statistics. Arunesh also assists with the website and supports the national office staff. |
