Deidre Stallinger
Finance Manager

Deidre manages the association and national office financial activity, and supports centre treasurers in their work.

Dorothy Thwaite
ESOL Programmes Manager

Dorothy manages the support and development of the ESOL programmes delivered by centres. She also manages associated research and curriculum development.

Victoria Ussher
ESOL Programmes Coordinator

Victoria supports centres delivering a range of programmes, including ESOL home tutor training, English language groups and English for Employees. Victoria also oversees the volunteer and learner information database.

Charles Hayward
Strategic Development Manager

Charles is based in Auckland and works to strengthen and develop relationships with local communities, sector organisations, businesses needing assistance and Auckland Council.

Grace Bassett
Profile and Publications Coordinator

Grace manages external and internal publications and profile activities. She produces the association magazine, Connecting Cultures, the Annual Report, manages the website and the association's brand.

Khadra Mohamed
Client Relationships Developer

Khadra works to further the involvement of English language learners and their communities in the association's governance, management, service design and delivery. This encompasses their involvement as advocates and as supporters.

Arunesh Singh
Office Manager

Arunesh assists the Chief Executive and is responsible for office administration and accounting activities. She administers the English for Migrants programme and manages database service statistics.

Lai Ching Tan
Administration Assistant,
ESOL Programmes

Lai Ching manages reception and fields requests and resource orders. She assists the ESOL Programmes team and organises training and other events.
